Well isn't this a fine mess.
Biden, according to the WAPO, has 227 votes and Trump has 213.
Trump leads in Pennsylvania (20), Georgia (16), North Carolina (15), Alaska (3) and Maine District 2 (1). That's a total of 55 votes.
Biden leads in Wisconsin (10), Michigan (16), Arizona (11) and Nevada (6). That's a total of 43 votes.
So, if nothing changes Biden would have 270 votes and Trump 268. Aside from the fact that the howling from Trump and the court cases would rival the Johnstown flood in fury it opens the door for a faithless elector to decide the election.
The GOP will hold the Senate and the House is still up for grabs. The best the Dems can hope for is a significant reduction in their majority in the House.
I find the House situation the most surprising of all.
