New information led me to believe that an immediate update was necessary.
In Pennsylvania the Trump campaign is alleging that more mail-in ballots were counted that were issued by about 1.2 million. But the numbers they're using to "prove" this point are apparently just flat out wrong. Over 3 million ballots were requested and 2.6 million were returned. In Wisconsin, it turns out the Trump campaign actually wants to throw out some 238,000 votes and not 30,000 as I previously reported. But only from Milwaukee and Dade counties.
Why? Because they brought their mail-in ballots in early or declared themselves "indefinitely confined."
The Wisconsin board of canvassers has told Trump to stuff it so you can be sure a lawsuit is about to be filed in order to disenfranchise voters who did what they were told to do by the board of elections. The fact that most of these voters happen to be black is, I'm sure, merely a coincidence (*cough, cough*).
Edit: An update to the update, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has tossed Mike Kelly's lawsuit.
