Sydney Powell, you remember her, she's the lawyer who ran around the country making all sorts of claims about Dominion Systems including that their machines were specifically designed to flip votes; that they helped keep Hugo Chavez in power and that they flipped millions of votes in the 2020 election from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.

Well, Dominion is suing her for $1.3 billion dollars for defamation. Today she filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

You will never fucking guess what her grounds are for dismissing the suit? Go ahead, take a guess.

Powell says that the suit should be dismissed because "no reasonable person would conclude" that her false statements about Dominion, which alleged the company was engaging in widespread voter fraud, "were truly statements of fact."

Well, you convinced lots of unreasonable persons and have caused untold damage to both Dominion and the country so I seriously hope you catch hell.
