The National Organization for Marriage (NOM), claiming to represent three unnamed members in Oregon, has asked the Supreme Court to stay the Gay Marriage order pending appeal.
Both the original plaintiffs and the State have asked the SCOTUS to deny the stay.
This could go either way as other states have had Gay Marriage put on hold pending appeal.
