It's old news by now but the FBI raided Trump's place at Mar-a-Lago and found hundreds of classified documents.
The excuses on the right started with "the FBI planted the documents" and then it went to it was OK because Trump "declassified" the documents. Notice that both excuses can't be true.
Trump has been running around trying to hire lawyers while at the same time saying it's a witch hunt and the FBI is out of control.
He has also been making some not so veiled threats about his followers engaging in violence if the investigations don't stop.
Some rats have been jumping ship but most Republicans are circling the wagons and defending their fearless leader.
We are closer to civil war than any time in my life but this isn't the time to give in to threats. If Trump and company want a fight, then I suppose we'll have to give it to them.
