Beats the hell out of me. I don’t know enough about the man or what he stands for and I’m sorry, but simply being black, articulate, handsome and charismatic isn’t enough.
Ok, granted he’s a lot smarter than George Bush Jr., would probably not get caught molesting interns like Bill Clinton, clearly has a superior intellect when compared to George Bush Sr., would be capable of making weightier decisions, beyond simply what jelly bean to eat next, than Ronald Reagan and wouldn’t get pushed around by some Ayatollah like Jimmy Carter.
In other words he couldn’t possibly be any worse then the lightweights we’ve suffered through over the past 25 years or so. That being the case, what the hell, go Barack go!

If we judge our next president on the premise that "he can't be any worse than the last guy", then we may be in serious trouble. While I'm plenty ticked off at our current leader, I think that we can definitely do worse. Do we want to turn the keys to the Cadillac over to someone with no driver's license? Obama has no record of being capable of leadership and no, charisma is not a qualifier here. I truly believe our nation is at a crossroad and needs strong leadership, especially in foreign policy. He has no real plan in this area except he wants us all to get along. In that case, perhaps Rodney King is also qualified. When one of these guys actually come out with a definitive plan to lead our nation, then we can discerne who should take the helm. By the way, nice write up on Jesus' intellect. I agree 100%!
